Not that I have seen but ones that are in a downtown area usually have a track on the roof

Well.. why not just jog outside? Parks are nice. And free.

I am not sure about a full fledged outdoor fitness center. I live in southern Louisiana and I see people with treadmills and bow flex’s on their front porches.

NO! thats just ridiculous. treadmills were made so you can run inside. thats y they hav tracks so u can run outside. since treadmills require gettin plugged in it would be an electrical hazard if it rains.
