treadmills
punkakski asked:

I really want a treadmill to help me exercise and get in shape. I do Tae-Bo DVDs but really like to run. I don’t like to run outside where people driving their cars by stare at me.

There’s really no room on the first floor for a treadmill, but my upstairs bedroom is pretty large. I was wondering if it’s safe to put it upstairs where I would obviously be running on it.

It should be fine, my mom has a treadmill on the second floor of our house…It gets noisy though.

other than the noise factor, [will be very noisy for anyone downstairs], shouldn’t be a problem.

i have my elliptical upstairs. it’s cool. also been to open houses where they have pimped out homes w/home gyms upstairs. they’re decked out w/the full blown equipment like all those heavy weights PLUS an elliptical, versa climber, and treadmill. yours will be a-ok upstairs.
