Why, yes, they do. They offer a “easy access” way to get your heart rate to a aerobic level. That is, based on weight, gender and age, a rate that helps you burn fat. The best thing about this kind of loss, is that you get on the tread-mill and do your walk. (you want to reach a ‘fat burning’ aerobic level and then stay on the tread mill for AT LEAST 20 more minutes. As you feel less fatigue, you can increase your time on the device. The beauty of this is after you get off of the treadmill, when finished, you will remain aerobic for up to an hour beyond your work out. You will continue to burn fat for that whole time. It’s a sweet deal and true. good luck to you! Oh by the way. 6months 75 lb loss. Started out with 15 minutes of aerobic level activity. in six weeks was up to 1 hour (listen to music or tv if in a club with set up). Stayed that way for 6 months and obtained the 75 lb loss
