Is this normal?

Yes, I fear being on my treadmill. I hate stopping to take a breath, and stepping back on. I think it’s one of those things, like when you’re walking up stairs and feel like something is behind you, or when you close a door and feel like it might be pushed from the other side. (I hate that one most).
Everyone must have these. I think it’s normal!
No, not normal. I’ve never heard of anyone dying on a treadmill, or having to go to the hospital. People on the machines usually feel comfortable and don’t trip easily.
