at first she was not afraid of the pool, then when she jumped and got out she never wanted to go back in again. When go over the pool area with her shell usually put down her and stay put. With the treadmill she just runs away from it.

   A black lab afraid of the pool? That’s new to me. Just go in and show her how much fun it is. Take some floating toys in with you. Don’t force her. She’ll love that pool in no time. Walk her on a leash onto the treadmill a few times w/o turning it on. When she’s comfortable being on it then you can turn it on the lowest setting. Treats may help. All this will take time.
