treadmills
fatty nhu asked:

I need to lose weight, simply as that.
Although I am not overweight as it says on my bmi,
I want to be skinny and fit into a cute bathing suit :) I’ve tried Dick’s & Sears but the prices were a little
much. Just wondering if there was a place that sold
them cheap. A gym is not possible because
I’m self conscious and too young to be in those gyms.

Craigslist: free online classifieds. I’ve built an entire gym off of peoples unused equip for about $200.

Try thrift stores. All the treadmills I’ve ever had came from a thrift store. There’s nothing wrong with them. Unless you want to plug in your ipod or something… Then well, I can’t help you.

if you’re not overweight dont go nuts with exercise, just enjoy a casual exercise (i.e. jog in a park, play competitive sports). you dont need to own a treadmill. they are an expensive investment. in my own personal advice, you dont want to own a used treadmill. the low price may lure you but it could break in as little as a week and not have a warranty. then its a high cost investment ;)
