I am trying to slim down my thighs and butt, but which will work better, Treadmills or Ellipticals? Also how long should I use them for? everyday? or a couple times a week?

    ellipticals are better for everything, and a lot more fun. do that for about 30 mins a day 5-6 times a week.

    Ellipticals, easier on joints

    every other day works perfectly fine, one day for cardio, and rest another day

    treadmill is hard on your joints but it works more of your abs

    both are very good cardio workouts

    they both burn fat so they would both work. But if you do a treadmill at an incline it will also tone your thighs and butt. Good luck!

    It depends on how much you’re progressing your exercise. Do you usually exercise daily? Don’t rush into things by doing like 2 hours a day to start off with. Go on the elliptical as it’s easier on your knees and joints.

    If you’re trying to slim down in those areas, some regular exercises without a machine can help a lot too. Here are some ideas:
